Issues facing while buying residential property in bangalore

Hi friends,

I am trying to get any residential property in bangalore recently. I came to know about one serious problem because of khatta... Most of the properties in bangalore dont have permanent khatta to buy. Using temporary khatta is it good to go on further ?

Other then B Khata check IF they have Panchayat Khata ? Records of rights EC is clear or DC converted etc . There are very few A khata sites in the city and they are all too costly to buy . Eventually they have to convert it and make it A khata . With this assumption its a calculated risk .
