Rental market in Whitefiled

I have a 2 BHK flat in Whitefield,I am trying to rent it out from last couple of months. presently I am not in Bangalore so its getting little tough. Looks like there is slow down in rental market. I never had such problem earlier. Any body has any thought on it ? Is there any reliable broker/company that any one knows.Thanks.
