Debited Twice

hi..

I have shopped for Rs.5798/- in total mall, sarjapur road on 21st July 2012.. it got debited twice.. There was no proper response from the shop as well as Bank (Axis, which was used to swip my HDFC debit card)...

Is there any other alternative method to get my money back??
