Anyone to expose bribe taking traffic police?

Hi, all of us know how the traffic police take bribe in broad daylight. Anyone interested to expose those corrupt people by using camera etc? Take photo or video or sound recording and share publicly on internet. Ihave already seen some such videos on youtube. Believe me, it will be fun... and will bring about some change.
