Does it really work?

I had a horrible experience with this Ema and co. First time when I went there, the owner Ema was all sugary and made a great sales pitch. I only wanted to try their facial and then decide how good or bad it was. The facial was nice but the horror was about to come. I was given the sweet sales talk by this owner of the spa in the pretext of consultation and skin examination. But I hardly saw any such discussion except for peddling her sub standard products from an unknown brand NuSkin at exorbitant prices. The product must be cheap in China or US at probably 25% of the value she charged me. I ended up spending 15000 plus on that day. The horror was next day as I started developing serious acne attack. I immediately called Ema but she would not believe me. She wanted me to continue using the products and since I was travelling I could not come back and show her. She then prescribed an allopathic ointment which I refused to use. Why should anyone use an ointment without prescription by a medical practitioner? Probably she has had such cases before and she was doing this to many others. Any way when I did not get replies to my frantic sms during the three days post the facial, i was upset and tried calling Ema. She would not pick up phone and finally when I got to meet her after 10 days my acne issue was aggravated and i had to use all home remedies to bring it down. But she insisted on giving me my second facial which was also paid for in my 15000. She was in a hurry to get her money. The fundamental issue she should have remembered was that when a customer has an acne attack, one should not do another facial without finding the reason for the acne breakout. She was greedy and so she ignored it. The situation was aggravated further. Then she sent me to her friend, a skin specialist who runs a clinic nearby and insisted that i take her medications. Reluctantly i went to that friend as i wanted the acne breakout to subside and wanted Ema to take back her NuSkin stupid products and refund my money. The doctor prescribed anti allergy tablets and some ointments. Why the hell should a customer go to a skin specialist and use English medicines which are harmful for the vital organs when all he wanted was an innocent facial for anti ageing? So folks, do not even think about Ema when it comes to your facial. You will be sorry. Ema's electric iron and all that you tube video is a scam. Yes it may give you a false sign that wrinkles are ironed out. But this is just a myth. Your skin will go for a toss very soon after if you do not do it with her every 15 days. So do not even try! To cut a long horrible story short, i finally insisted on calling her bluff and asked her to keep her promise of no questions asked return policy. And here comes the true face of greediness. She was not even interested in saying " Hi" to me when I was in her spa that day, she asks her receptionist to refund only 50% of the money I had paid for the products instead of the full money. If I were in her position I would have even compensated the customer for the trouble my spa had caused him. I feel cheated and wonder if I should approach consumer forum for redressal. Ema will keep on telling you she will give back services in lieu of the full refund but in my case she ignored all her promises. I could have used their massages without medicines but there had been no such policies in action. So stay away from this horrible place.
