Hi,
You can create a new topic by clicking "NEW TOPIC" button. Just like how you created this topic 3 days back.

When you are in a forum, you see a list of TOPICS with "NEW TOPIC" button on top and bottom.
Example: Go to the "Travel Maps and Related" forum here:

viewforum.php?f=7

And you see "POST REPLY" buttons when you are reading inside a topic.
Example:read the topic "BMTC Bus Route"

viewtopic.php?f=7&t=501

Drop a message if any issues.
