You can check out Zframez Technologies. They are also doing testing in L2,L3 protocol it seems.

I took training in Zframez Technologies (through my company), They are very good in L2, L3 and TCl ...., you can also try there, if you are looking for L2 and L3 training but they are not providing training in telecom testing..... After all my searches, i found Zframez Technologies is the only place we will get handsown practical sessions, project,automation training, tools used for testing etc... I visited around 4 institutes in bangalore and all are just not giving the complete training, some are giving just theory others not in to all protocols, some are not even clear about how to test these protocol , i got feed back from couple of guys who got training from these places & they are not at all satisfied , could any one give contact details of other institutions u know???
