Good genuine tutor or institute for adults to learn guitar

Hi,
Can I get some help to find a genuine tutor or institute for learning Guitar in Bangalore (south bangalore preffered).

I am searching for last one year, I am 40 now, I find institutes keep draging and tutors either loose insterest once they get payment(for short term course) or they also drag.

I have tried with two institutes and three tutors.

I am sure there are people who really want teach.

Plese help me.
