Bangalore traffic police Auto complaints do not work

Sad to see bangalore traffic police's inefficient behaviour. Just to fool people they have introduced a SMS based complaint system, but the SMS never reaches them. Multiple times I have sent SMS complaints againsts auto drivers and all those SMS are undelivered. Bangalore traffic police, would you stop fooling around and do something useful to curb this menace. Or is it just the meaningless torture you do to public.. like collecting fines/bribes from morotists for no reason!!
