BEWARE OF SIRI PROPERTIES , developers, these people are extraordinary cheats in Bangalore. The Praveen named fellow is totally reverse of what he looks and talks, like other staff of SIRI developers.

They have cheated lakhs through their RAINBOW RESIDENCY PROJECT.

They sold out a flat in this aptmnt before their registeration date !

The old man who seems their Boss would try to act sober & intellectual but just change your dealings to discover the Mafia behind !

Prevent Professionals' community ! After all its hard earned white money guys !!

Is this siri developers and Siri Propoerties are one and the same? because i m dealing some apartement to buy with this siri developers with one guy by name Manjunath, now i m quite worried whether this guys belongs to the same group ?

Pls avoid this guy varaprasad reddy. he is a arrogant gonda, foul mouthed and uncivilized guy. Doesn't know how to speak to a customer. Even his staff and executives [Manjunath] carry a "Big-Brother" attitude. They think they are doing a great social service by selling their flats and they will always create a hype and tell you its all sold out in pre-launch etc and try to create a artificial demand. Once you pay the money they will treat you like Sh*t.

I just escaped from this gang of cheats with loss of thousands of rupees. Pls be careful with this builder.

Can you pls let me know as to how did you cam to know about this attitude of Varaprasad reddy. The reason being, I am been talking to this guy for purchase of flat at one his proposed projects and so far from the interactions he seems to be quite ok and stick to his sayings. He has huge no of residential projects coming in and around uttarhalli area and every time I go to his office there are lot of people quite eager to book flats in his projects. It will be a great help to me if you could tell me what exactly happened, so that I can makeup my mind before committing with him. Would like to hear from you and pls let me know if its ok to have your contact no so that I can speak to you.

Even I would like to know what happened in your case.

I have booked a flat with siri homes and till now i never faced any problems with them. They sticked to what they say and things are fine. Also, Varaprasada reddy seems to be fine man in dealing customers.

I would like to hear your story, so that going forward dealings will happen carefully..

I am also looking at some flats by this builder. It would be great if we could talk .
I want to know about how he is dealing with allocating land share to the buyers.

It would be of great help if you could share your story . I am looking at buying a flat and am actually planning to proceed with initial payment. But i have my doubts and want to understand as to how he has all this hype and hyper demand.

Please can you share your contact details, I also booked flat in M N Nivas. I want to discuss regarding details

I have booked a flat in Siri Arunodaya and from many months Builder is telling that Plan approval is pending. And delay because of State Election, Ministers changed, BBMP shuffle etc etc and its going-on & on. Dono whether his reasons are genuine or fake.
Its true that he (Mr.Varaprasad Reddy) have many Projects and reached heights but the attitude which was there while booking a customer, is not the same now.
His so called Team dont know when Plan approval will be done and they tell us to contact Mr.Varaprasad Reddy directly, seems they too have got frustrated by giving dates to customers.
It feels they dont have value to Customers money and dream.

Siri homes are cheating people like hell.....Don't Y people go with this company .... If you see the material using to build I will make a open challenge NO ONE WILL BUY A Single flats 200%...(cement,blocks ,SAND)Etc...All low quality.....if I get a chance to rate this company I give only (2) out of 10 (2/10)....

Before buying a Flat check for Plan Approval and Kataha in BBMP office
