because they have stolen our personal details, they are definitely fraudsters.
Let's blacklist all those fraudsters.

Where do we complain against these promo sms senders?

Following fraudsters are sending unsolicited sms to my mobile number.

From LM698765
"special corporate offer. get unlimited highspeed broadband. call 66170012 t&C apply"

Another from same LM698765
"govt approved 40x60 gated community sites @ mysore ------ 9739700052"

this says about airtel broadband. probably the scheme in which they take advance money and never reply

What is the proper channel to complain against these SPAM sms senders?

Now all mobile service providers in India have to accept their customer's requests and complaints about unwanted promo SMS and calls.

or
Send a blank SMS to 1909

You will get option to register with National DO-NOT-DISTURB Registry
Then you can choose complete block or partial block. Choose COMPLETE BLOCK. Blocking is only for Advertisements and you will still get all the important messages from Bank, Airline, Shop etc.

You will also get an option to register a complaint against unauthorized promo SMS and calls. Use that.

Hi, I use vodafone postpaid and I called 1909 and went through the options to register for national "do not call" database. The message said i will get an sms confirming the registration but i did not get any sms. But i think the promo sms have stopped coming or its a coincidence?

Today I received an SMS from +918010873628 stating my mobile number has won 3 crore 35 lakh rupees and a car and asked me about my details.
Email id of sender: chevroprom78@live.com
I came to know that this number belongs to Bangalore through a quick search on internet.
This is Fake message don't fall prey to these fraudster's
